Our Ninja Warrior kids classes are designed to help young athletes build strength, confidence, and coordination while having fun. We focus on obstacle skills, balance, agility, and creative problem-solving—teaching kids how to move like true ninjas. Every class is different, keeping it exciting and challenging so they’re always learning something new. It’s a supportive environment where kids of all ages and abilities can thrive, make friends, and discover just how strong they really are.

Freedom Climber

The Freedom Climber is an infinity rock climbing wall! It records your vertical distance plus your time so you can compete with yourself and others. Ask the staff to help you get started on this new, training tool! It will test your coordination, grip strength, and cardio. Plus it's a lot of fun.

Dennis Legault

Passionate about physical fitness and all things ninja, Dennis discovered his natural talents in adult gymnastic classes, and the rest is history – ultra Spartan races, trail running, dancing, gymnastics, weight training, ninja shows, and even 24-hour races!

Jerrika Rydall

Introducing the dynamic force behind the fitness festivities at Apex Gym – meet Jerrika Rydall a.k.a Coach Jerr! With a background in Kinesiology and a passion for conquering Spartan races, Coach Jerr is our fitness wizard, making workouts a magical experience. She is a personal and group trainer with 5+ years in the fitness industry.

She attended University of Waterloo where she received a BS Kinesiology degree and worked with varsity athletes as their Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Jerrika previously coached at Training for Warriors Barrie for two years running group fitness classes. She loves spartan races and strength training. She’s excited to be back training close to home!


She holds additional training in Active Aging and Advanced Fitness Assessment.

Amy Crawford

Amy is one of those people who brings energy into every room she walks into. As a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist with LA Nutrition, she has the knowledge and experience to help clients perform at their best both in and out of the gym. She’s completed an Ironman and countless other endurance events, proving that when Amy sets her mind to something, she makes it happen. Her passion, drive, and positivity inspire everyone around her, and it’s easy to see why our members love training with her.

Flory Bell

Flory is tough, gritty, and full of energy—the kind of coach who knows how to push you while keeping things safe and supportive. She thrives in group settings, bringing people together and making every workout feel like a team effort. Flory loves helping others discover their strength and confidence, and her mix of fun and grit makes training with her both challenging and motivating.
