Our 2500 sq. ft. ninja warrior facility includes 14 obstacles, many of obstacles that are featured on the popular tv show and include;
4.4 m Warped Wall, 3.4 m Warped Wall, 2.4 m Warped Wall, Spider Jump, Tilting Frame, Rumbling Dice, Salmon Ladder, Unstable Bridge, Rings, Canon Ball, Iron Paddler, Cargo Net, Peg Board, Sea of Poles, Advanced Doors, Flying Bar
In addition to our obstacle course we provide cardio, weights, and other equipment to meet all your training needs.
Monday to Thursday - 6:00am to 8:00pm
Friday 6:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday - Closed
The functional training area of the gym is reserved for classes: Mon - Fri: 6:00 am - 8:00 am and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
The Ninja Course is open outside scheduled class times.

We have always been interested in a different style of training, a more natural and fun way to exercise. The fitness industry is growing more and more everyday leaving everyone thinking, what should we be doing at the gym?
At Apex Warrior we are creating a fun environment for everyone to try a new way of training - functional patterns that complement daily life activities to make life easier outside of the gym.
We enjoy teaching new people to exercise in a safe environment, building up the body gradually, while also accommodating for high caliber athletes looking to enhance their skills and abilities.

Patrick is Apex Warrior's little Ninja Specialist. He coach's the kids in a fun and effective way to keep them engaged, and challenged.

Apex Ninja Team Training
Jerrika is a personal and group trainer with 5 years in the fitness industry.
She attended University of Waterloo where she received a BSc Kinesiology degree and worked with varsity athletes as their Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Jerrika previously coached at Training for Warriors Barrie for two years running group fitness classes. She loves spartan races and strength training. She’s excited to be back training close to home!
She holds additional training in Active Aging and Advanced Fitness Assessment.
Krystel is a fitness professional who believes in a well rounded fitness routine that includes strength, endurance and mobility training.
She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 4. She also teaches Pilates mat work, group fitness HIIT training, and running techniques.
